Before placing the durable Teslin® Tag on their pet, an owner dials the toll-free FINDER™ number performs 2 easy steps:
 
1) Enter 3 contact phone numbers into the secure FINDER™ speed dialing system (Home, Cell, Office, Friend or Relative). These are the numbers an owner knows they or someone they designate will always be available. If not on the first number, then the second or third.
 
2) Record a personal message with important information about the pet such as its name, an offer of reward as well as any applicable health/dietary/behavioral issues.
 
When someone finds the lost pet anywhere in North America
 
With a single toll free call to the number printed on the special petFINDER™ tag:
 
1) The person finding that lost pet hears the owner’s message with important information, then with the push of a button
 
2) That person is automatically connected directly to the owner at any or all of the contact numbers the owner had entered.
 
If there's no answer at the first number, without hanging up, the FINDER™ system connects the caller to the next two numbers until the owner is reached.
